Please request your repeat prescription from your GP, who will, in addition, provide you with a re-order form for your subsequent 3 month repeat prescription.
Your subsequent repeat prescription requests are dealt with on a 72 hour notice basis, by either posting, or delivering the re-order form to reception, or by phoning our receptionists on 028 35148/28311. Requests will be sent directly to the relevant patient’s GP who will review the patient file and provide a new prescription where appropriate.
Whilst all prescriptions require 72 hour notice, Priority will be given to requests for urgent antibiotic or hospital prescribed medications.
In the event of GP review being required an appointment can be booked, and the prescription will be deferred until this consultation has taken place.
NHS / E111 patients needing prescription renewal need to make an appointment to see the GP.
